Did you hear about the successful shipping company that had major issues with order accuracy?  Neither did we... One of the strongest solutions and secrets to our success in shipping is data integration.  Since our engineers provide data integration services at no extra cost to clients, we are often getting the most updated customer addresses and information.  Our executives have found this to be a crucial step in any professional delivery implementation.  While other service providers are sometimes happy with lackluster results in their supply chains, we believe in fine-tuning the process on a regular basis.  In other words, great shipping success requires testing and more testing.    

Frequently Asked Fulfillment & Shipping Questions

Which shipping services do you use?

We work with every major carrier. UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or any combination. Our shipping software will verify addresses and choose the most effective method for each package.


Do you have a minimum order requirement?

We do not have a minimum order requirement to provide services. There may be a small monthly management fee for customers with less than 50 orders per month.


What are typical turn times for fulfillment?

Typically, an order received by 12:00pm Mountain Time will be shipped out the same day.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipments are seamlessly processed alongside domestic shipments. We will handle all customs paperwork, and can arrange to have duties and taxes prepaid or collected upon delivery.


What is your pricing model?

Fulfillment rates are agreed upon in advance so there are no surprises. Typically, there is a per order base charge, which covers order processing, packaging material, etc. On top of that, there will be a small additional fee for each item on the order, and then your postage or delivery charges.


Are my products insured?

Yes, while your products are in our possession, they will be covered by our general liability insurance policy.


How do you handle order errors or shipping delays?

In the event of a reported error, inventory will be checked immediately. If it is found that inventory is inaccurate and we are in error, we will ship the correct item at no charge to you. We will also determine the cost to have the mis-shipped item returned, and whether it is more cost effective to let the customer keep the item in error or have it returned.


How are lost or damaged shipments handled?

Once an item leaves our location, the liability for loss or damage becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We will assist you in filing claims with the carrier to mitigate your loss.


Do you provide customer service communication with my clients?

No, we do not interact with your clients. We will leave all of that to you. Our intent is to be an invisible part of your operation.
